Received email confirmation but no rocket numbers

Email says they credited my rockets and to check Papiao. It's been three days and nothing there. Can any of the admins help? I've tried to contact Papiao but no reply. And help would be highly appreciated.

I've never seen an e-mail confirmation without an order number and a donation number contained within it.

Thanks ilan and crazed 2.0 for all your help. I just had to activate them. Funny thing is, the numbers are not even for me. I'm just a little rusty because I haven't done it in a while. Once again thanks for all your help.
