spoofing mac address

can someone use my dl t1 mac address that it becomes blacklisted?

what i mean is,

let's say i sign up for an iptv provider and that i need to provide them with my dl t1 mac
address...

can they use that mac address and it will become obsolete for me and won't be able to
use my box anymore?

Sure, a disreputable IPTV provider can retain your MAC address and blacklist it. For the supported servers, all you need to do is send a picture of your hardwired MAC and your MAC will be cleared for use on their servers, as long as you have a valid donation/rocket/route.
