Papiao Rocket is a joke . Don't get any help .No tv at all for three weeks .They took my money but I get nothing in return .Absolutly nothing is working with these new codes .Just reupped three weeks ago and since I put in the new info ,NOTHING, and they don't gey back to you to assist . I want my money back

I think papiao rocket directs you to this site for support. You really should check out some sticky threads bud :)
Did you change the settings in your device and change or register the info to your new Donation #.
(I'm assuming you did not renew your old #)
Also, include more info when you have a problem (device or App, portal etc.)

I did put in the new #"s , Nothing has changed ,i
I have re scanned and re scanned ,every now and then I get a couple(2 or 3) channels that freeze constantly ,all since I renewed .Everything was working just fine until I put the new info in , and now nothing . I gave them the same info I gave last year
What new numbers? If you re-upped, as you suggested, you'd keep the same "numbers."
Is this Rocket IPTV or IKS?

Sounds like your talking about ( IKS ) Satellite ...what box do you have ? from what I have heard most channels for IKS have been down a long time ...I think it is in a slow death mode....The codes you bought are good for IPTV ..you can read all about it in this Forum................

I am talking IKS . I renewed my sub and they sent some new info to put in my Dreamlink T-6. I've had it a few years with this guy and before that from another different site for 5 or 6 yrs before that . And since I posted papiao has sent even new #'s and still nothing except ch 101,102,115,201,297 all dish ads
As stated earlier in the thread, we don't support IKS here. Go to fta66.com for help, as IKS is still an active topic there... even for Rocket.
