Adult password

How do i reset the adult password. It was originally 0000. I changed the password and then rebooted my mag 254 and my new password and old password do not work. I receive "wrong" or "error filling form"

Having the same problem if someone can help....

Some things you can try:
- Do a firmware update, either go down a lower number (see instruction in other threads through a USB) or upgrade to a higher one (This sometimes completely resets the unit bringing you back to the default 0000)
- Delete the portal, unplug the unit and then reenter the info
Not a 100% sure if this will work but give it a try
