update no recording on mag254

Hi guys my mag 254 was stock on the portal loading section I gave it an update now it loads faster but no recordings and don't see video club on main page from tv goes to youtube. What is the normal software.

Recording has not been enabled by NFPS/Rocket so it will not work, make sure you have put in the portal info correctly (read some threads to find out how) and the box should load the portal when you turn it on instead of going into youtube. The latest software is R11 and you can update it through your MAG254 but R10 is better.
