got it last night put in all the info from email
comes up stb block call provider
yet in the email says it running
what can i do

done all that this is not my first time doing this on my mag 254
it still says
your stb is blocked
call the provider
and you can not get a hold of anyone

Now, I wouldn't know that. If you don't want to receive information that you consider irrelevant, detail what you have done.
Have you tried an IPTV Reset?

Did it work? I've been trying for days following these procedures. This is a C/P from another post
Disconnect the receiver from the internet.
Ensure the server menu is setup correctly. Then power off the receiver.
Now power off your router and wait about one full minute and power back on.
Then visit the service website and ensure the MAC is linked correctly and perform a reset at the website.
Then wait about 6 or 10 minutes and connect the receiver to router again and power on.
Check for results.

really for most if setup right it just a ip reset i need do that when i move my box too another room
