If it was just freezing???

What is with IPTV Satellite service nowadays. It use to be just freezing but lately I have had to deal with fast forwarding, sound not in sync, scenes repeating themselves not once but two and three times and recently while watching a movie, the whole program just quit and went to another program. Is it just me or what? I also have noticed with my AVOV boxes that while channel surfing the stupid guide will just quit and go back to the lowest channel or opt out of the guide completely.

I did the steps reset the account, turn off the modem and keep freezing

Turned the TV off and went to local channels.....It's unwatchable....Constant freezing.....Hope they fix it

Same here... usually its the following ----> video freezes, audio continues... sometimes video "catches up", sometimes it doesn't.. I have noticed this problem for the past few weeks. occurs on all channels. I also have alternative service (as backup) that works fine, so what gives with this service? I will have to re-evaluate renewal if this does not get corrected as obviously there are other services out there that work fine.

Much improved now! Seems like recent maintenance really helped clear up the freezing problem. Much appreciated - thanks!

Is it my imagination that the question I posted never received any actual reply from the mods or experts? I was very interested in finding out how a broadcast feature film can be interrupted half way through and a completely different program take it's place. The other issues are also serious ones such as the audio sync problems. Can it be that they have such perfect working servers that they never experience these problems?

They gave up on satellite. Maybe they are giving up on this now.

It has been horrible lately. It's up and down all day. Sometimes it buffers every 3 seconds. Sometimes every 20 seconds. Occasionally it is buffer free. This has been going on for a solid week. No one would subscribe if they knew it was going to be this bad.
