Very Bad Video Sync maybe a upgrade to a Dreamlink T1 plus?

I have a Dreamlink T1 and the Video on fox news tonight and other nights are way out of Sync.
I watched the world series last night and the announcer said Strike before the pitcher threw the ball.
Just went upstairs and wanted to see how my NVIDIA SHIELD works at night.Well Fox News came in great
and so did many other stations where as the T1 drives me crazy.
Thinking maybe a T1 upgrade or maybe getting another NVIDIA SHIELD.Thanks allllll

I had this problem for awhile now on ****** and it happens on certain channels, but mostly on my global bc, tell my server guys and they reset my account and it works for a bit and then it does it again
