Video out of Sync on T1

Tonight I am watching Fox News and the audio is like 5 seconds before the mouth moves.
Same goes with other stations.Watch the world series last night and the announcer says strike
before the ball leaves the pitchers hand.
I also have a NVIDIA SHIELD and 99% of the time there is NO Sync.
Is there a fix with the T1?And how much better would the T1 plus be?...Thanks

I have the same problem and it only does this on cod123 not on gold, I am wondering if its the server and they just don't want to fix it, its fine on vod but not on live tv

I agree
On my Shield I have very little to NO video sync loss.
As the T1,its too annoying so I bought another Shield.........JS
