There seems to be a lot of us using rocket's iptv service that are having a lot of problems connecting to the server p1.iptvrocket. tv. we have been trying to fix this for weeks and we appreciate all that you guys that are trying to help. This situation is out of hand, we need to be up and running. I know that I can't say what can fix the problem but, maybe another server or url might work. I don't know the effort this will take, but what we are doing now isn't working. You guys have been amazing at responding with ideas and effort. Thank all of you for that. I think we need to think of another way to progress and move forward.
Keep up the good work,
Redskin for life

I have tried assisting some of yous thru private means, spent some time with bwcbob with that but to no avail, as we saw.
I have been tending to my many emails this morning and have sent another to papiao about this.
I can not say weather they can do anything about this or not. I would prolly need to know who and how many and some other particulars, like ISP or etc..
But do not send me anything yet, not until I hear what can or may be done, if anything.
I know you guys been emailing papiao so they have to be aware of this situation,. They tend to stay quite when there is nothing they can do. Or they will direct you to iptvTalk when they think there is an answer that we here may know about.
Other then attempting to maybe try a free trial from the site (it is only a 2 hour trial). If that trial works under a different URL then maybe there is hope with a new URL assigned to your original, If that trial has a different URL and still does not work then the fix would be more difficult. If you follow what I mean.
Before attempting the trial, ensure you unlink your MAC from original donation, so you can link it to the trial code number.
And guys, I will report any response I get from papiao with my recents emails to them

I regret to report that ever since I was given the "p1.iptvrocket.xx" address, I have never been able to connect to the server. I have tried all the variances with "full" and short versions in the address but never ever worked. I have been using the old address that I was given to connect but now I have two rockets, one connects the other is "blocked" and no amount of resets will unblock it. Same info, same box, same emulator and one works, the other doesn't. Suffice to say this is server related but it doesn't appear there is a fix for this particular server with this address. It would be interesting to know if anyone has ever connected ?
I have sent two emails, one fixed one box but not the other so I sent another email advising them of which box with mac address is working and which one isn't. Haven't heard back but I assume they are busy with fixing things so I'll wait as I only have another 2 months before my donations expire and I won't renew until after they expire. Hopefully I will get a different server address.

After reading a few posts, I thought I would change the number I was given, the mac address and do a reset. After doing that, I uninstalled the Stb Emulator Pro and then unplugged the box....waited a few minutes and then reinstalled an older STB Emulator Pro app version, ignored the updates that were offered, reconfigured the Emulator, saved the settings and exited all the way out. Clicked on the app, it hesitated, began to move, slowed down and then the yellow began to load. Suffice to say, I'm glad I tried this as it worked.
P.S. It does warn you to write down the new numbers along with the mac address you're using along with your order number if you haven't done that already.

Crazed, you have always helped many, many people including myself with problems with my rocket service. You always have worked hours answering you e-mails and finding solutions for members here. I can't thank you enough for your help. Things are not your fault. So others should relax. They are Working on problems, will be resolved, hopefully soon. We all know this. Thanks again Crazed ... andkaal:rolleyes:
Crazed is tireless. People only see what he does out here, but he works just as tirelessly behind the scenes. He's a gem...but be sure not to let him know I said this :)
