Hey guys,
I have read all the posts trying to figure this out. I don't know what to put for the MAC address. I tried a MAC address generator and it took it but it won't connect to the server. I then tried to 0 the last 4 digits of this generated MAC address and again, it will no longer connect.

I have done IPTV resets and generated new rocket numbers. I even reset my network settings completely. It is connected to the server now but no picture will come through. I don't know what more to do at this point. I would appreciate any help and suggestions.

I am wondering if a VPN is the answer. If it is can someone steer me in the correct direction to use one correctly.

I'm not sure what you are using for a set-up. If you are not using an AVOV or Mag, your MAC address must begin with 00:1A:78. You can fill out the remaining characters with 0-9 and A-F.

I haven't been using one. When it comes up it is all 0's. As soon as I put a MAC address in like A3:7E:27:1F:32:5C it goes to not connected and no picture. Can someone help me with a usable MAC address. I am using the SV HD with my rocket. I just replaced the hub as well but it was working with it until this past weekend.

I am using the numbers you said it had to start with above. 00:1A:78:xx:xx:xx. Can you see anything amiss? It is now showing connected but no picture.

Emulators mimic set top boxes. He is asking what app/add on you are using to try to stream the channels.

I am not using anything like that. Just my SV HD to the hub. I haven't used rocket to stream yet. Didn't even know that was a viable option to be honest.
