STB blocked

My donations checks out. Mac is there but all I get on tv is STB blocked, how do you unblock it.
Help will be appreciated.

Have you used this donation with the current set-up or is this a new configuration? If everything is absolutely configured corretly, you might try your set-up at someone's house that has a different internet provider. This will help determine if there is an IP issue.

You should do an IPTV Reset before you bring it to the other house, by the way.
