weird

my dreamlink t1 plus is giving me a error " smart card is not inserted correctly"
don't have smart card

also my global bc voice is all out of whack , other stations working fine

power off the T1 and disconect from internet (remove Ethernet from T1) , remove any USB devices connected to the T1
and remove HDMI connection and then power on the T1.
Then back off again .. then connect the ethernet (or wifi) and HDMI and power on for results.

tried it and still the same, and it seems to be only one channel
it did it before and I just did a factory rest and it solved the problem and then yesterday, it just went back , the voice and pic does not match

smart card not inserted properly is at server end,same as when you get direct tv logo etc etc
