dreamlink t1 stuck in a loop

T1 goes to welcome screen where you select language, skip wifi, choose dhcp or manual, screen size and country then repeats again and again. It is stuck in a loop.

there was a problem loading the last update. It just was spinning around for over half an hour saying "loading" but I restarted it and was able to get to the main menu and load the update in settings.

tried the recovery file and the little android popped up and said "erasing" then it showed an error message. Now I can't get the file to load again just to have something to try.

I think that was part of the same problem that would't load right to begin with. Without the forced update I think my box would still be working. T1 dol 1 was doing everything I needed and I was happy with it.

I hate the forced update!!!

ok I got it fixed. Spent a lot of time looking for help but couldn't find any.

The solution was that you could use the mouse to select language, choose wifi or not, choose manual or auto dhcp, use the exit bottom to accept screen changes,but if you used the mouse to choose america it would go back to the beginning again, and again. You had to use the remote and choose america and then it went to the next menu and worked.

glad it helped. I gave up on the t1 and bought a buzz 3000 and have had no regrets at all. The t1 isn't all bad, just has a few quirks that drove me up a wall several times. Still I liked it though.
