how can i stop constant freezing ,video no sound,sound no video down more than up a real head ache no fun

Don't think it will happen..deal with the provider's from this site or google others..I hear your frustration, i'm about to call it quick's also.Me and about 30 other friends i have hook up here.Was always told it would get better....NO!!

I had picture freeze due to isp speed throttling so i changed from ethernet connection to wifi dongle & hey presto no freezing but doesnt make sense but i suppose it means isps are throttling speeds from router ethernet ports!
