Hi,

I have a mag 254 wired and with the latest firmware 218r11
everything works fine but when I see the live channels after a few minutes
it gets disconnected and them comes back again if not I do a hard reboot and the channels come back
but the same issue persist, would you happen to know what is causing this issue ?

That's sound like maybe a firmware update error,like the software is not loading the channel properly,you should try updating
The firmware again maybe they was an error that occurred when you did the firmware update.

Mine did the same as in post #1 above including the vid movies. Would play any given movie and exit automatically back to movie log. I have had the r11 file in since I originally set it up and had no problem until last night. I just assumed they were working on it. Any news regarding this problem?

We did have two and three days ago a lot of channels down and freezing, since yesterday the channels I went on were quite stable although some still down.
