pvr iptv sipmle client dependencies not met..help!!

I have an x96 box with kodi 17.2 on it and i want iptv hooked up.,. i can get to the download of pvr iptv simple client but it wont install it saying dependencies not met..
... i have box able to accept unknown software.. i have also looked for it in playstore but that one is not there..
please help

The simple client is part of the native package for Kodi. You should be able to get the client to work with a overlay re-install of Kodi. Kodi is now at version 17.4...no reason not to upgrade.

what is the easist way to do an upgrade or overlay?
i hit the updates button and there were none i think..

Download 17.4 and it will upgrade when you install.

Yes, you can install it from the Google Play. It shouldn't erase the addons.
