A little help, please?

I'm not sure if it's just me and/or if I can do something to improve my service but for the past week (maybe more) there has been considerable lagging on several channels that I frequently watch -- MLB Network, ESPNs (multiple), FS1, CNN, TBS, Animal Planet, HGTV to name a few.

My hardware and services are listed in my signature area.

If this is just an issue I'm seeing and not widespread, can someone make any suggestions on what I might do to try to improve the lagging issue on these channels?

This is really irritating.

The video is like in slow motion and the audio is way ahead of the video

I do not really have any ideas on how to fix that Stalker application but I can suggest to maybe try Potato TV
Check the Potato TV sub-forum here onsite for more info on that method.

Are all your Accelerators turned off.
In Kodi System settings/ Video (System Setting level (bottom left of screen, must be in expert -click)/ Acceleration - Disable all Accelerations (usually 3)).

Yes, I did have them off at that time.

I use the Matricom G Box, and i literally have went away with Kodi, For IPTV i use IPTV Extreme which you can get through the playstore. Its really easy to setup with your login info for NFPS. Unfortunately as i speak alot of channels are down. Guessing server updating
