getting error 403 access denied

I started stalker client and i am getting error 403 access forbidden on all channels this is happening on both kodi master and kodi stalker client PVR.
I have changed the ip address and restarted. same error 403 access forbidden. I have gone as far as uninstalling every thing and re installed it and still not working getting the same error 403 access forbidden. any suggestions thanks.

I'm getting the same problem. All channels now respond "403 Access Forbidden".

Has IPTV Stalker gone down?

Check to see if IPTV Stalker was updated for you to 1.0.18 from 1.0.7. If it was, clear your channel cache by getting into the context menu where you see NFPS (right click, c, or menu button). Its a good idea to clear the cache anyway from time to time to get updated for new and removed channels. Also if you are using version .5 of the PVR Stalker, it's probably a good idea to update it to the latest helix version (0.6b). The developer for the PVR has 'mainlined' his add-on to go into the authorized Kodi 15.0 build, so you won't see unofficial releases for the PVR.stalker going forward that would work on Kodi 14.

i was upgraded to 1.0.18 and i am running the latest version helix version 0.6b of stalker and i have cleared the cache and still getting 403 access forbidden.
i have closed kodi restarted kodi removed all the programs and loaded them back on with stalker for helix stalker.06b version first cleared the cache and restarted kodi added the iptv master 1.018 back on and restarted kodi again. clicked on iptv master cleared the cache the channels loaded but when i choose one i still get error 403 access forbidden. thanks Dara any more ideas? or is the free service over

all up again after clearing cache on plugin ,and reset pvr and epg of the client and disable/enabling it in live tv

I have now been able to get the iptv stalker to work. after re-installing the kodi 14.2 over the old kodi. i then installed the stalker client 0.6b from metalkettle repo and re-installed the 1.018stalker master. from gethub. Now the Master works the stalker client gives errors URL not found. Thanks Dara for your help
