ok update complete epg looks good but all channel logos are screwed up now after update

I’ve done the update and have major blank spaces in my EPG from both of my two providers. Could be a provider issue, I have reached out to both, but its unusual and both were fine before I went to bed last night.

just curious but mine is saying checking for update and just spins for over half an hour.
never has had a problem updating before, don't see any way to bypass the update
will try again later, I know there has to be a lot of people updating since there is no choice

tried unplugging t1 and tried again, that didn't work
tried turning off main power supply so router, modem, dreamlink could start up again and got a bad internet msg or provider msg
closed that box and saw the main menu
went to settings, system and saw an update msg and it loaded in less than a min

after i did the update my dol2 wouldnt load anymore. i had to uninstall dol 2 and reinstall it then re add server address.

Didn’t have any of those issues but a little disappointed that the slow EPG is still an issue. Also, still not able to pause live TV and restart it from the paused spot. It jumps back to libe TV when I unpause, which is better than jumping back 10 mins, but still not right.

How do you get the box to update To dreamlink system firmware 2.7.76. I've restarted.the box numerous times.

I updates to DOL 2 v1.7.0 and now I get error message stating to update firmware before using dream online 2.

So right now I can't use DOL2... Help!!!

Just states S/w v2.7.54 with a 05-26-2017 build date. Anything else to try?

Try this guys, factory reset and do internet connection thru ethernet.

Just ran a factory reset with hard wired internet and still did not find an update. Stuck on v2.7.54.

So, something of interest since the update...my EPG seems to be cached sometimes. Maybe CaptainKangaroo can confirm this little quirk?

The last two mornings, when I turned the box on, it loaded with a fully populated EPG! Well, to be clear, the channels I had populated prior to turning the box off the previous night had info as I hadn’t fully populated the EPG in either evening.

I will have to do some more testing when I have the time but this would be a very big step in the right direction if its legit!

Just took the new update but now the power off does not work, it stays on and i cannot power off box unless i unplug,,,, any ideas for a fix to the new update

Check remote battery sometimes could help.
