Box will not connect to iptvrocket.
Fine yesterday.
Tried refresh and resetting my router.
HELP PLEASE !

check your code at the service website.
Check server URL and expiration date. Ensure MAC is correct and etc...
Reset the code with your receiver turned off.

what box are you using?
The boxes that would use an stbemu program or stalker addon, would not be using the MAC that is shown on the box itself.
Did you try performing an IPTV Reset thru the website ?
Lets get that MAC figured out first thou. What box are you using ?

service is up.
Try this...
Power off box, disconect box from internet. Reboot your router one more time. Wait till fully booted back up and then Go back to website and do another reset and then wait maybe 5 minutes or perhaps 10 minutes (depending how patient you are) :)
then reconnect box and power it up and check for results.

OK have finished resetting modem/ router.
Will reset boxes on website in 2 min and wait 10m until I try to turn on box

what Lowteck meant is weather or not the avov is communicating with the router.
Do the Network IPs populate (seen thru the avovs menu) ?
Does the port light on the router flash on, when avov powers up ?

I just went from wireless to hard connect and light is lite on router.
top left of avoa box changes signs as wireless and hard wired also

are you sure that your server URL did not change ... in all my private dealings, that is one of the top reasons why the connection is lost on a code that should be working fine.
Re-Check the website for the URL that it shows there for your code.

You have checked your code and if the MAC matches the avov you are trying and the server URL matches and all the rest of the stuff only you can see... Beyond me looking at your code, I do not know... the service is up.

when I refer to the code, it is referring to the credentials that get you logged onto the service website or onto server thru iptv.
3 things make up a code...
and with that code used at the website,you then see everything about that code (server URL, MAC assigned, expiration time, etc... and perhaps IPTV Reset )
Private code consists of...
- your email or perhaps Client ID if bought from a reseller.
- 12 or 13 digit Donation or Route number.
- 16 digit Order number.
Simplifies things.

I do not know if you ever noticed, but I am one :)
Otherwise, we are only guessing at this point.

yes I agree... but sometimes with my admin reset performed it does seem to do the trick.
Your email sent to me privatly and the MAC number, I can give it a shot for you.

you sure that is the iptv Portal URL ?
I do not think that it is. Recheck your code thru the Server website. Use the IPTV Reset tab that you will see at the site. That will show you the assigned IPTV Portal URL
With the avovs, I do believe that they like the http prefix added to the URL

I noticed a TVOnlinesys update this morning around 5:30 AM. After this OTA update everything is working. Unplug your box from the Power and make sure your plugged into a wired internet connection and re plug in. Let it sit for 15 minutes and should update.

nobravo. I don't know if you got your problem solved but I had to change the server at the donation checker site. I had the same problem as you. That worked for me.

Did your server name match on box and website or did you just change it ?

Rocket to my knowledge does not have alternative server names. If you do change it I would try 22.iptvrocket.tv but I don't think this will help

I think he solved his problem - New Router may have done the trick. I reset his MAC and code earlier

i have three avov with identical problems and tried the same things suggested to you . going on six days here.
i emailed crazed o2 with my codes and waiting for replly at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
all of my units have the aps loaded are working ok, that is utube etc
would appreciate any help

I think that is the internet provider block the server I have 2 friends with the same problem in they house, when they try your box in my house everything is ok

Try to connect your Avov to the Internet of your cell phone and you will see that it works

Double check the MAC addresses on the boxes. Earlier this week I had an AVOV box change its MAC address. Do not know how or why it did this but that was the cause of a similar problem with one of my customers. I discovered this only by accident!!! At least I think it was the box and not the server.

Any ideas on how to go around the block, an alternative server or do I need to change internet provider? the next just might do the same to me. I have been without tv for about 5 days, please any help will be greatly appreciated. THXs
