Help Please - T1 Plus No Signal Error

Hi all. I am getting a no signal error on my T1 Plus and can't seem to get around it. I've inserted a link to the image of what I am seeing. I tried powering off, etc to no avail. Does anyone have any ideas to help please and thanks?
