Playlist help

I have been reading for the last 2 weeks but couldn't get a playlist going on.
I have potato tv working very good with Rocket. I'm trying to load a free playlist that has Israeli channels. I tried playlist loader, VLC, and everything I found on the internet.
If I can get a step by step setup it will be truely appreciated. I'm already bald from pulling my hair. Please have mercy

Thanks. But what if I need a free list from the net? How is it done and how to get the url? I need the Israeli channels

Google Israeli playlists.

find a reputable one (either a URL to the Playlist source, or Download an .m3u Playlist file.
If you are using an android device, download Perfect Player.
