great news.. I couldn't stand that audio issue anymore so I had stopped testing. thanks for the heads up!

When and how does the update happen? cause I turned on the unit and nothing shows of any update in progress ?!
Do I have to go --> All apps ---> and click on update ?or is it donw automatically cause I don't see anything showing update happening?
my build number is reading 20170804 so I guess my unit did not get the update?!!

My box didn't prompt for update either. Is there an external file we must install manually?

enter MY TV app and where you choose the portals, enter into Settings and then exit back out.
You then may see the prompt for new update.

Is how I got it here.

Build now shows as 20170910


To view Build version number.
Enter the hidden menus by depressing the 8 digit, 7 times.
If you already are in the hidden menus, then scroll to Settings and then in System enter into Info

with this new update, seems that now when the box boots up, itd goes directly into the hidden menus.
No more needing to depress the digit 8 seven times.

I just went to my box to try as you suggested and the prompt for update was on the screen right as I turned the tv on. Guess it just took a while to push for me

if using wifi, try a hard wire connection

I only use hard wire and never wifi.

I basically just left the box on and the update prompt was on screen when I checked back hours later. I don't think it's anything we can trigger on our own at this point.

i have never had to do enter the code more than once on any box i have set up???

it does the update at different times for different boxes It depends when the mac addy is entered into the system
They have been pushing the system the last couple of days

It just happened and I got a msg on the screen to prompt an update and voila....:)
So, my Build Number now is 20170910
