I've been looking for a way to toggle between two channels. Is there a way to it on our service?? I use PVR Simple Client and it's guide. Is there any KODI setting or keyboard key ??
I use a Linux HTPC box.
Somewhat.... If you're talking about a temporary situation, you could create a Channel group with just those two channels (or however many you want). Choose channels from the home screen, right click the first channel, choose Manage > Group Manager > Add Group > give it a name and then add the second channel. Exit. Use the left slide out menu to choose the new group instead of the default All Channels group. Now, only two channels will be listed in the channel's menu, so a channel switch between the two channels only takes a second or two.
If you're using a keyboard, there are shortcuts (e.g., switch between last two channels "0").

Ilan.. the keyboard shortcut is the perfect solution. Thanks for that URL in WIKI, I'll save that in my favorites... lots of info there!

Can't help you out bud, but this might get you started on where to look...in windows and with a media center remote, I press 0 to go to last channel. I do it all the time.
I would think you could just map a key on your remote to do it and that would be done in keymaps.xml or keyboard.xml in userdata.
EDIT: when I first saw this, there wasn't an answer already. ;)
