The remote is IR. - BuzzTV

I just bought this box without thinking much about the remote control. I see it is an IR remote and no IF.

I cant be the only one who has all of their electronics stored away in a cabinet or shelf that isn't line of sight.

What are my options to be able to use the remote control and not have to worry about the box being line of sight?

I hate to give up this remote and lose the live tv button and the Kodi button.

For anyone that is using an air mouse remote with this box......

I see there is a live tv button but can any of these air mouse remotes be programmable so they launch kodi?

If you see your screen, you can launch Kodi.

That sounds like your being a little bit lazy........ easy just to click the Kodi icon..........
