Hi everyone or admins,
I have written in the forum about the problem i encountered, after making a payment for two services. See my forum post here http://iptvtalk.net/showthread.php?32150-Service-Stopped-After-Receiving-This-email
After much email messages sent to support and i have not received any response or reply as of today. I am wondering why my issue is being treated with so much silence. How can one make a payment for two routes and they both stopped working in 24hours and no admins trying to look into it and several email messages sent with a screenshot of my MAC and yet no response.
So i am beginning to think iptv66.com is a ripoff because that is what it looks like.
I would love to be proved wrong by an admin or a reply to my messages.

The silence am getting means i should make another payment, nobody wants to say it but that is what it simply means. Why can't someone look into it and tell me what is wrong at least? #VerySad

Crazed2.0 responded twice. But no headway from there.
1. Said i should respond to the email i received.
2. Said if i did transaction through a reseller, i should deal with them but i had clearly stated that i did not deal with a reseller but directly with iptv66.com
After stating that i did not deal with a reseller, i am yet to get a response.

Hi Crazed and admins.
This has gone for too long without being resolved.
I am very unhappy with the way things have turned out.

Support said they were looking into it and that was days ago.
I have written back to remind them or find out what the problem is but no response.
Can i know what the problem is?

THIS HAS GONE ON FOR TOO LONG.
I AM VERY UPSET.
WHAT IS GOING ON?

I definitely wont be accused of being impatient as this has gone on for more than a week.

I have not gone too far.

I checked my email contact, but nothing new. That is normal thou, even when things are in motion.
Thing is that papioa had looked into this earlier as you know and seen the results. I do not know how they came up with them results but they did. Now they would have to start the investigation into your account again from start again.
I know that this is what needs to be done and pronto... but with all other orders and stuff, well there will be a time needed .

I will send another email to them about this and ask them to try and expediate some results.

What you just said above is new to me. I really don't know what the results were after investigation. If you are referring to the email they sent stating the route had expired. I clearly replied them that the routes were purchased on August 22nd and had stopped working on the 24th of August. I had also shown them proof of purchase. Which they verified. Which they said they would look into it. This is the only information i got.
So if i have proof of purchase which has been verified and the routes says expired, why can't i be reissued another route? Because that is what will eventually happen since the ones i got had expired?
Until this is resolved,

I WOULD STRONGLY SUGGEST PEOPLE STAY AWAY FROM iptv66.com if they know what is going on is not the customer's doing and they still punish that customer for no reason. Just so everyone knows that i am having issues with two routes purchased on the same day.
NOT FAIR AT ALL.

I know it is not fair.
I am doing all I can bud.
And by that, I mean that my emails sent to papiao do get attention.

I will do all I can to get this resolved properly.
But it will not be overnight, with these type of things and dealing with papiao on it all.
