Hello , I do have a problem. Just paid my donation yesterday morning. Got my order number and password. I did the Route checker. I put in the portal and mac address. not working it said call the provider. I even in plug the box ,triple check my mac and portal. still not working. can someone help me please. I need some help. Thank you in advance.

Thanks I got it working. However some freezing issue's and black picture with sounds any fix? thanks.
