Cannot get r14 as directed

Went to R19 and since then have not been able to go back to R14. Does not show previous as before when I went to inneral portal and followed the same guidelines, now does not show R14 or any others. Every time I try the green F2 button it automatically goes to the R19 program and the only option is to push the red F1 button which only gives me the R19 download. I have tried all the steps I have read in the forum including disabling the auto update and turning off the beta. Nothing seems to work. It use to work fine as I could go back to older updates or newer updated until I downloaded the new R19 version. I've seen on this forum that other members have gone to R19 update and are also having the same problem of not been able to return to the older R14, but have not received any answers on how to remedy this. Any suggestions.

seems since about two weeks or so now that only pushed update is the r19

infomir is very keen with their updates as per theirs and your security and etc...
They musta deemed that the newest r19 is the most secure and updated as needed file and knowing them they do not take chances or guesses at their work.
If they know something is needed or secured, they take no hesitation in doing that.

The R19 update sucks. It freezes all the time. I have to keep unplugging my mag 254 and then plug it back.

no sound since my box updated itself to R19 and no picture on some channels as well

How do you back to factory image?

After a factory reset r19 is working good. Just read there are steps to follow on doing this.
