fix channelsthat cut off after 10 minutes please

i AM HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM CHANNELS FREEZING AFTER A FEW MINUTES CAHGE CHANNELS UNTIL YOU FIND SOMETHING WORKING UNWATCHABLE

I haven't relied of these services for any tv.....I have other ways to watch what I want......I check these services from time to time but it's the same old same old
