Is the IPTV Private Down ?

I've been up and every things been working fine until about 6 p.m. yesterday, then I was no longer able to connect to the server ?
Set up my friends box, every thing was fine, then she started to have the same problem..
Also, when I input the server data I only used 1.iptvprivateserver.tv as I couldn't figure out how to make the backslash //
However, every things been working fine without it .. and I just tried the server again with no luck.

I'm having the issue with both an AVOV 1 and 2. Not sure if it's a "stalker"? Yes, I've re-booted all the systems, several times, turned it off using the remote for a couple minutes, when I try to connect to the SERVER all I get is a solid yellow line [in the area where all the server data goes, i.e., servers 1 - 10]. I've tried hitting the "red" button .. when I go to settings using tv on-line, all it does is act as though it's trying to download, but, it doesn't.

sounds like you may have an older version of the On-Line app.
Can you see the version when on the connect screen ? Top right corner on main screen.
It should show latest as 1.51

How do you know you are connected to internet ?
Can you see your network connected correctly in WiFi or Ethernet settings ?
Can you successfully download an App from the Channel Store ?

It was strange. I decided to go thru the list as given by "crazed" one line at a time, while on-line so I could see his questions/remarks, and reply. We'd had about 5 hours of downpour, roads closed, etc., so .. don't know why, but when I was in settings, wifi, I thought my IP address was incorrect, but who memorizes that .. well, not me . .but..so, I have Bright Star, there is two - I assume one is for "owner" the other clearly says "GUEST' .. thought OK..I'd try to hook up with guest.
Now - -my ver was correct, and I even had the Green Speaker looking thing in the upper left hand corner hi-lighted in bright BREEN. My date and time corrected itself ..
So, I hi lighted "guest" and at that same time the "owner - for lack of the correct verbiage" started to "run" and it said " authenticating, IP CHECKING .. "
And then all of a sudden everything went back to working !!!
I was then able to go to Channel List and download -- and MY CHANNELS were up and working ..

So, is there a way to Manually re-set your IP address when this happens - -Hopefully it won't, but .. I think I was just lucky this time .. My friend still isn't up and working - -her's went down the same day -- and I bet it's her IP ..

the night they went down, I DID in fact re-boot both the router and avov unit at least 3 times .. and I turned the avov off using the remote for a couple minutes, a couple times ..
is that pretty much the only way to reset the IP address ?
the whole thing was still pretty strange how it got fixed by my trying to set up the "guest" wifi connection.

so, I'm guessing those are my only options -- no way to manually go in and put in MY correct ip -- [which I pulled up by going into server settings on my SonicView 360]. I thought there was a way to find your IP address using your PC - -searched all over and can't find it..Only was able to see which internet service I have.

That really worked, man!
I restarted the Portal with Rocket several times and the yellow stripe got thru at the end!

I landed in the Music section and must say the Videos are very crisp and clear.

Okay bigbeatpro, thanks for that lead. I am using a Win7 PC setup, but did not try CNN just tried the first 4 or 5 news channels and a few of the movie channels.

Why would you assume this to be the end? It has happened before and they are probably upgrading/updating and tinkering with some issues as well as adding new channels/EPG sorting.

All the channels hosted on 31.220.41.107 are down due to the server not correctly generating the token required to view the stream, it's only showing a single character instead of the full token, the PHP error is get_object_vars() expects parameter 1 to be object, null given

I'm pretty sure that *.iptvrocket.tv isn't accessible yet. Since the NPFS test is still free, use iptvprivateserver.tv for now, with portal.* for the IPTV Stalker, and 1.* for all other add-ons/boxes/emus.

So I've been to a number of places on the forum but still I don't know if there has been a definitive answer
or if I just missed it in all my searching :-) I am using the Stalker PVR Client 0.6b on an android box with Kodi 14.2.
All of the listings for the channels are there but few connect. Is there active server maintenance taking place that is disrupting the streaming of the channels?
Is there a post somewhere on the forum I have not found by "The powers that be" which comments on this issue? Is it just me? Again, any help is appreciated.
I thought I would power up and see it resolved this evening but that is not the case. Just trying to stay in the knowledge loop ;-) Thanks

I was able to connect to watch UFC via the IPTV Stalker, and through the STBemu, while watching my HD private stream, and IKS. I'm not sure if that's a real stress test, though. :)

I was able to watch the fight tonight freeze free both the prelims on Fox Sports 1, and on BT Sports 2, minus one little hiccup on the PPV with the mag, mag channel change is still running extremely slow, but the picture has been freeze for me on those 2 channels.

Just tested mine out. VOD works great. Just the channels and their lists are down. If I can get into the VoD okay, I am assuming the channels are still a technicality on their end. I'll just give this another day before worrying.

Well, I have linked my mac address to my donation on the rocket website but have not put any info into the mag254. In fact I do not know if I have to put my donation number in the mag, its something I didn't worry about until the time came.

TV is working though, and loading channels VERY fast and without previous freezing for now.

Does your donation number show in your account info? Im curious.

I install iptv stalker on my fire stick but none of my channels are showing when I click on NFPS. What could be the cause of it? It was playing earlier today and now it's not doing anything. It also won't load channels or anything

Apparently that is slowly populating out to the users. My mag was back working and only the mac showed in the account section. I just rechecked and now the tarriff shows as IPTVROCKET Tarriff.


Also, I am still on the free trial web address for the portal, never changed it to the newer 11 servers or such. No VOD like everyone else.

IF we truly are up in private mode, then hats off to the server staff, that was a very smooth transition !!!!!!!!

Checking the STBEmu, NFPS server loading TV, no VoD, but Rocket is not loading channels for me.

Edit... had to modify my Rocket setting for the 11.iptvrocket.tv server, and now its working with STBEmu (but no VoD). It could be that the server guys just activated the iptvrocket.tv server before I changed from 1 to 11 though.

Don't know, but it is working just fine. Perhaps all the addresses point to the same server for their dns entry. I have a rocket donation, and the trail server was a nfps as I recall.

Try 11.iptvrocket.tv and then unplug your box and reboot...........

That means you were successfull in linking your mac. IF you just did it today, that information MIGHT only be updated daily (or similar) to the actual server user database. IF you did it more than a day ago, then scratch my comments.

I have no choice but to wait... but I don't think its a "wait for it to populate to the servers issue".... I think there is something else that's not right.... I have read nothing about wait times for the MAC addresses to seed..

If an admin could weigh in here I'd really appreciate it. Is it possible that its just going to take time before the MAC seeds? Or, is there something else?

So I'm using 11.iptvrocket.tv..... I did just add my MAC today.... is it expected that it will take time for the server to accept my MAC and allow my STB access on my rocket?

I mean the rocket has been working for IKS for some time now without any issues.... and when I activate a rocket at papiao.is it will typically only take a min or two until the rocket # works.

Should I just wait... or should I check my config... or is there something that needs to be done from the provider?

Ah Ha ! That explains it ! Different receiver. Things are changing rapidly right now. I am sure the VOD will work on the Mag254 soon. The GOOD news is that there appears to be NO freezing at all anymore, hopefully that stays that way.

If you just registered the mac, you might have to wait a while. Also, a reboot is necessary.

I think its time to throw the baby out with the bath water.... its just NOT WORKING and evidently no one can explain why. I'm certainly not going to go out and buy another STB because the server is telling me its BLOCKED... there must be a reasonable explanation for why it is behaving they way it is.

I'm giving up at this point... too much time spend banging my head against a wall....

When the admins figure out why folks are getting a BLOCKED message.... please put a sticky up helping the rest of us get our kits working again.

BTW... I tried to add my MAC to another rocket that I own.... I tells me that "MAC Address Already Exists" ..... so... the damn thing knows my MAC and still is rejecting my STB.... again... somone must know something that could help... it just doesn't make sense...
