no video

I'm not sure if I should post this here so if not I'm sorry,i have the dreamlinkt1 and iptv rocket I have sound but no video,i can see the guide and menu but when I go to channel only sound,is this the rocket server or something else?thanks for your help

unplug power, then unplug HDMI cable.
Power back up and then off again.
Then reconnect HDMI and power up for results.
