It can take up to 48 hours to received the confirmation e-mail. However, you can go to the Donation Checker and see if your account is ready to use. If it is, you can set-up your system for use.

If you don't receive any news within 24 hours, PM Crazed 2.0 or Marley, and they will look into your donation situation.
