ADD / REMOVE / EDIT Tiles (Extras // + Menu)

Hello,
I am sorry to make a new post about this... I am curious what the button / key is to edit the tiles on the T1 plus menu.
I have mistakenly added 2 of the same application into the box/tile and I have hit every key on the remote to try to bring up the menu to alter or change the application. I know it is something simple I just can't recall.
Any input is greatly appreciated

highlight the app that you want to edit then click and hold the OK button depressed until the edit screen appears.
If the app opens instead, then just exit and try again (holding the OK button depressed)
You will see some functional options there and one of them is the delete function.
