I have upgraded my old Avov box to the Avov N box. I want to transfer my account to the new box. I put in my new MAC address and type http://pl.iptvrocket.tv/c/
However I am not able to connect to the server. I reconnected my old Avov and changed the MAC address and I was able to connect to the server. Are we transfer our account to a new box? I am using the TV online app.

Yes. I did it several times and got iptv reset successful. I can connect to the internet with the new box so I can rule that out.

Your url is incorrect it should be http://p1.iptvrocket.tv/c I hope you are not making the same error on the box.

It was a typo on my part. My old box is http://p1.iptvrocket.tv/c/ and is working fine.

I see yours do not have / after the c. I will try that later tonight and see if that fix the problem.

I am convinced my problem is with the TV online app. I saw TV on Web app in put and type in the server url and the channels came through. Nothing I tried would get the TV Online App to connect with this new box. I thought maybe it was my vpn so I disconnected my vpn and it still did not work. I guess I will have to use the TV on Web until I can figure out why the TV Online app will not connect.

I have tried hard wired and wireless and still did not connect. It is very puzzling to me. I prefer hard wired over wireless.

did you go into the settings and check ethernet settings.make sure its set to DHCP and that it shows an ip address ..not just 0's

Make sure the box is connected to the Internet and try the web tv instead of the tv online app.
Go to setting ,Ethernet and your should see you IP address ,netmask,gateway,dns1, if it's
Connected The Internet .

The web tv works fine.. I have always used tv online so that is why I tried that one first. I find it strange that my old Avov box with TV Online work, but my new one don't. I am sure it is something simple that I am forgetting.
My Ethernet is set to DHCP IP address is 192.168.1.135

I had a similar problem with this box.....whatever app you used first become your default app,if you tried the web Tv first you cannot use the tv online app...its not cool but that's the way Avov design it.

You have to do a MAC address reset in papiao...a box reset will not fix it..when you tried using the app..you will get an error message That said your box is block please contact your provider.

sorry you have internet just not tvonline i still do a box reset load all and if you get blocked then ip reset and i would email them or call and say wth is going on this should be as ez as heck box is messed up did you get like 4 loading screen maybe less that it was loading
all your data for box ?and goto where you get all app think market and hit all see if it updates too

send me all you info in pm not here and let me check if your working first and what ip and mac its on then can rule that out you maybe stuck with other data

Once you connect the service on webtv and then you try to use tvonline you will have to reset your mac .

The webtv is a stalker middleware app.....you can only choose one to login to a server after that you can't use the tv online app
The server will use the first one as your default and it will block you from using the tv online app.
I Also confirmed that with Avov.

Thanks guys for you help. WebTV works fine and that seems better than tvonline. It has to be the app on my new box. TVonline on my old box worked great, all I changed was the MAC address and reset iptv. I was just curious why it would not work.

A message saying your box is block please contact your provider, it took me three week to figure it out that
Once you login with one app....you cannot try to the other app with the same server maybe Avov will get it fix with an update Because I contacted them about the issue and I was surprise that they actually respond.
