New Donations Please Help

Hello, i am trying to add more donations to my reseller account it wont allow me from the panel and i tried from the actual website and it states email is incorrect and wont let me keep on with the transaction. Can any one help me please.

Hope it is ok to ask here but.... if you are not using the IKS part, I am interested in buying. Not interested in IPTV. Is this ok to ask?
