Too much IPTV Reset

Hi, why is the reason that i ve to do an iptv reset in order to download channels, every time that i tried to connect? If i dont reset my connection failed(Authentication failed, unable to load message) Kodi 16.1 with stalker client addon.

equipment, program used, settings etc.

Also, the Stalker Addon is no longer supported since the portal changes.
BTW, have you changed your portal address?
You should upgrade to kodi 17.3 and use the built-in PVR Stalker Client, or use PotatoTV Addon.
