Package installer won't load kodi 17.3

Haven't messed with my AVOV TVonline in a while. Trying to load kodi 17.3 from mickyhop. It downloads but the package installer just sits there. How can I fix this? Any help would appreciated.

Kodi 17.3 wont work on that model Avov............Use FTMC instead ..It is also in the Mickyhop Market
