Is channels down? Customer complained. After checked in mine two accounts also down

US Channels Not playing. UK Channels also. Only few in UK Works. Most channels down. A customer also complained. Tried on Potato TV. I see Patern Video. In our system non of channels playing.

Is any other gets same down issue?

What you don't understand is they don't care they got your money.. to me it's obvious unless they prove otherwise which they haven't done in two and a half years I've been loyal customer and I'm tired of excuses

it's been going on since they upgraded to DOL-2, about four weeks. In the night time channels are little more stable, during the day they freeze and keep loading. Only few channels you get. no international channels.
