Choppy pic

i have a choppy picture on some movies and on live tv..is there a way to fix that?? i have 22.5 down..also sometimes the sound wont match the video.
set my buff to 2 ...thanks

think its them happening to me on some channels

Getting the same on some channels, choppy and lagging, wired through an adapter, 50upload

Actually I checked a bunch of channels last nite around 3am CDT and found very few of the premium channels down, pic quality was good. I went through many pages of channels, I did not check the internationals or adult. I was pleasantly surprised and checked both mag and avov on this test..
