wifi not authenticating on Avov TvOnline

been sitting for 20 minutes or so, all my other devices are running fine wireless tho, anyone have any info on what I might b able to do to fix this?

on avov tvonline box did you add server info right

havnt done anything but add the wifi password, took an Ethernet cable out of my FTA box tho just to get It going for now

and what are you using to get wireless with

Motorola Surfboard router, provided by the internet company, I might just keep it hardwired tho, probably easier this way

that should work with np try and set it up again you are missing something dont wait 20 min should find within no time really think is you reboot the router then start over with the avov box me all must be upper case to work for my password

rebooted it once and still did it, never needed caps b4 but ill try It now...running great wired tho

mine did that.
unplugged for 30 minutes and it connected after that.

Also the best way to find out the connected MAC number for your device sometimes is to log in your router network and find out the right MAC as the wifi MAC is different than the Ethernet port MAC on your device but also to see who is enjoying your service with you as well.
