Hello I am not new, but having difficulties.

I can't really tell when the system is down these days or whether I am having problems with my mag 254 units. I have noticed that there are some changes on the IPTV Reset & Rocket Checker.

Can any one explain "Internet Provider Lock" whether it should be Disable or Enable.
"Country Lock", Should your country of abode be checked.

Last week I was unable to receive programming and Papiao.tv support reset my donations from their side. I worked for a few days now I am having the same problem.

Any help will be appreciated
