How do I activate an Inactive Donation?

How do I make an "inactive" donation, with remaining time on it, "active"? I have made inactive an assigned donation that wasn't being used, and now the owner would like it to be re=activated. I have requested help with this from two "Super Moderators" , with responses, but no helpful information. They apparently don't know the answer. Someone must know. Once a donation is made "inactive" the edit function goes away, but time keeps running on a donation that cannot be used. I have also written to Papaio, and have received no response. Any help would be appreciated.

The edit function should not go away. Email Papiao and ask them to activate it. [email protected]

Thanks for your response. The edit function disappeared when I made the donation inactive. When I try to change anything on the donation line, I get a message that an inactive donation cannot be modified. I have written to papiao, including order and donation numbers, and have not received any response. Since the moderators don't seem to be able to help, they only thing left is to try to contact papiao again. It's unusual for papiao not to respond. I have always received a response for any problems in the past.

Sometimes it take Papiao a few days to respond. I would expect they get a LOT of email everyday.
