Dhcp problem

I restored my MAG 254 to factory from NAND and now it does not appear in DHCP anything in bootstrap and update, before restoring if some data appeared in those spaces and I want to know if this affects me with my provider because now I do not open the channels or not Has anything to do with this? thanks

You have to go into the blue screen and redo your settings.First line auto second tvsetting,third line nand2 go down and click save and exit.
