where is the mac address

I found a thread stating you go to the DOL and it's in the top right corner and you use the 6 digits preceded by -00:A1:78.

what I'm seeing in the right hand corner is- Jan1,2017, 11:11 AM/ (not my nmb) V1:08:12:.

so when I tried( 00:A1:78:V1:08:!2 ) I get a message "this provider does not accept this mac address"

please advise soon

I think dol1 is obselete update to dol2

DOL1 still works thou.

The MAC is in the top right hand corner and should begin with 00:1A:79 (not 78)
The complete MAc address will follow the Date and time and version number ( V1:08:12 is the version number)

Either your screen format is not allowing the whole message to appear or something else... but that full MAC string should be there.

Can also find the MAC address in a couple other places, like the Settings menu or the Android menu or even maybe on a Sticker on the bottom side of the receiver.

thanks for responses, wasn't updated to DO2, after update mac address is now showing. new problem when entering portal and password info it wont update. tried many times. going to start reading for similar troubles.
