Hi Guys
I have had my Mag for a week now. I am not a happy
bunny.
I cannot watch a programme without it freezing. ( I have 40.90 mbps ) .The changing
channels is VERY VERY slow I get picture without sound
or sound without picture and I cannot record .

Looking at the threads on this forum I am not the only one.

Is there anybody out there with a good report
is so how do I get the good service .??????
Have I been sold a cheap clone ????????

Did everything come loaded on it? Do you know who your service provider is? The art of iptv is very complex, and there are a ton of variables. If your provider isn't rocket, then there isn't much outside of troubleshooting your box that can be done here for you my friend

Complex?????nothing complex at all......some issues may be linked to the end user but for the most part it's issues with the service itself because other providers don't have the same issues and if they do its not constant.....even the guide on p5 has been a mess since they moved people over to it

I concur, its when you start looking into other set top boxes, and capabilities, and features, mixed with what you want and services, it can get a little complex
