When is the IPTV system going to work like it did before. Ever since they were going to make the system better it has been the s---s. My sub comes due in about 100 days. I will not be subscribing to it again due to all the freezing which makes it unwatchable. I also lost my other sub and can not fine the info for it. This sub hasn't worked for 6 weeks.
They put me on 3 now and it doesn't work any better than when i was on 1

Put a fork in it. This service is done. Over the last 5 weeks there have only been a couple of days in which the service has worked ok. Otherwise, it is a buffering, freezing, rewinding mess. Obviously they're not putting any real effort into supporting it anymore. I would rate my decision to buy into this service a big mistake.

I've been with them for years, back when it was satellites and iks. Lol, I'm really crossing my fingers that they turn it around, but I only have seven days left on my sub. I have my eyes on a few other providers, but I really don't wanna spend the extra money. Every network has problems and isn't perfect, but I feel like our network isn't competitive in terms of service anymore. I'm still rooting for them to pull through, but again I can only cheerleader for 7 more days...

I have a little under 100 days left but rarely use it anymore. Gave it to the kids and they just bitch about it (truth from the mouth of babes). I use another service now which is much more reliable. Two years ago there was not much choice and the answer was, start your own service if you dont like it. I guess some did. Maybe look at people like target or dex. dex has a little drama going on now but i like it. so just do your homework lots of more reliable services out there right now. Nothing would make me more happy then to see them on top but it seems very unlikely now. So prove me wrong if you can.


Yea, I have my eye on one that I think I'm going try out. Prices are very similar too (which might be a bad thing) but I agree finding another provider wasn't as easy a couple years ago, now it's fairly simple. The admins for other services seem to respond quicker and more efficient than our dear friends at rocket too

one thing that I can not abide by and that is using our forum to promote other services. This forum was built and paid for by the ADMINISTRTAION FOR SUPPORT FOR THE 3 SERVICES AND ONLY THOSE THREE.
This also includes offering advice to search out new services and etc (the service name does not even have to be mentioned).

Hardly seems right that other services can get benifet from what we paid for .. our dime !!!!

I am not saying that the service is at its best .. what I am saying is that this is OUR FORUM and not to be used as a welcome mat for other services (or a phone book for other services)

If we wanted other services to have the benifet of our support forum then we would certainly let yous know,,, but we DO NOT at this time !!

This forum was built and is kept up and online by our administration.

I have experienced some problems, usually between 12 - 6pm est.
But the majority of channels (English) in the evening, have been good (a few with repeating and kickout problems) but still overall, I can find something to watch.

If you were expecting Subscription level dependability, multiply your Donation $'s by 10, divide your Channel selection by 20 and subtract PPV events and VOD.

But the majority of channels (English) in the evening, have been good (a few with repeating and kickout problems) but still overall, I can find something to watch.

?? Dependability, More like multiply donation $ by 2 and multiply working channels by 10. ppv and vod are available all over kodi for free

I am sorry that I may of offended you, and you are right. Your house your rules. The post is not intended to promote anyone's service as they all have problems and due diligence is in order. This is just pure frustration after two years of supporting you guys. My intention is to motivate you to invest and deliver. I WANT YOU TO PROVE ME WRONG!!! I have thrown in the towel but if you get it together and offer a monthly payment then I may come back. Being banned is no longer a big treat for me. I moved on. Still got 60 days left but definitely not renewing. Got a great new provider which is so much more reliable.

It's a shame as I enjoy this forum, it's taught me a lot and I've actually helped a couple of people from my limited knowledge. The mods are knowledgeable and helpful, I feel sorry for you crazed having to deal with the negativity. You have been great, still are, but sometimes you know when you have that gut feeling something is fundamentally wrong. It probably is

Just to clarify my observations mikeuv, and I have stated this many times ...

The Services stream resolution on almost all channels has doubled or quadrupled in the last year or so.
If you are using older equipment that probably cant keep up, this may likely be the cause of your disgruntlement.

I use a fast Laptop with Kodi, and it performs at least 5 times faster than an Android STB w/ Quad processor and 2Gb ram..
The Android STB w/ 2Gb ram is probably the minimum recommended for HD IPTV streams. It performs adequately.
The same STB w/ 1Gb ram will stutter and drop frames continually.

I hate that there seems to be maintenance tweaking way too often, but my overall experience is quite good.

If you have 100 days left, why dont you throw Kodi onto your computer and set it up with your donation.

I gauge how everything is working by, on my fire stick, fire tv, ipad 4, latest mini mac, and HP laptop running windows 7, works best on the mac, but there are and still issues with the service, ever since they changed the server some weeks ago, its been bad enough that I wont start to watch my favorite tv programs anymore on the service, just wait for then to show up in one of the addons, hope they get this figured out soon, starting to be disappointed, i`m not looking for 100%, but do expect at least 80%

I have a nvidia shield. Running latest kodi. 8mbps which is poor and I'm in Turkey.

Used another provider, now I'm watching some channels in FHD, HD or 540. Some channels are offered in all three and I can watch any no problem.

I switch back to my old service and it freezes, buffers and all the rest of the problems.

This tells me the problem is not my Internet speed, not my ISP, not my equipment. It's just the servers.

I can use my nvidia shield for my new provider, have this service on my Android galaxy S7 phone and watch the very same channels but this service just plays up.

It's such a pity

I am using one of the latest AVOV's.
So don't feel bad, we have the same problem.
The only difference is, it is during the peak usage evening hours in North America that the most freezing occurs.
So I agree I think the servers are messed up. Was working good before the portal change, so I cannot see why they are having such a long time fixing it up.

It has been a week since i posted about (when) are they going to fix the freezing and nothing has changed. They do not say we are trying to repair it,or what is going on.
I hope they soon say something before they loose all their loyal people.

I my self rarely use the Live TV channels...More of a Kodi and App guy myself (Nvidia and Buzztv for now) .most of the time when I watch live tv is for UFC , Boxing and VOD.....So I'm pretty happy with the service..........The part of this service that almost never seems to have a problem is when your paying for the Donation...........

Its been a month or more now since they changed the Portals again & all it seems to have done, is mess everything up.
Can't we get our channels back & without all the freezing issues?

If you are looking for live tv you should sub to the channels if you want 100% service. As for Kodi providers, THEY can be just the same as any other service because only the legal direct paid ones are secure and safe. the apps are closing like dominoes right now, and a lot of services are not available. I am not being a smartass, it is just reading the bashing posts you get an idea of who is posting. If you want to do the work, YOU can build a channel list, and watch TV till the stream address changes, and the channel just sits and buffers, then you can hunt the channel and redo the link, and watch again instead of having all of that done for you. I don't mind problems because I have been at this TV GAME for over 40 years, and this is not new to the game. It is just a bump in the road. SO as for me, I ll stay till they say sorry we are doing what so many Kodi Free IPTV apps are doing. AND BTW IF you use an app that downloads to your STB to view the PPV and it also uses your already downloaded file to stream to another persons stb and IF your internet provider is linked the CPA group, you can be charged with a copyright violation. SO make sure you research ANY app you use to find out if they are linked.

It has been now 15 days since i posted file (WHEN) my MI Android box is still freezing every 10 seconds or so. Using NFPS stalker client on 5 portal which was changed by them from 1, still haven't heard if they are trying to fix the problem or not.
I do not think it is too much to ask for NFPS to say we are working on it.

Have you turned off all acceleration settings in the Kodi System settings - (Video settings)?
and I was led to believe that the NFPS Stalker client was no longer supported, and that you need to use the PVR Stalker "native" client.

Hi dotsadie did you try what Kens suggested? Also any chance you tried the playlist? Some channels I noticed are having issues but I haven't noticed that issue on most of the channels. I know it's a pain to change setups but it might be worth a shot!

Player > Videos > Processing > Allow hardware acceleration - DXVA2 (leave blank) This helps with live streams quality.

Native Stalker Client is the the one that comes preinstalled with Kodi. It's just called Stalker Client (version 2.8.6 in Kodi 17.3) as opposed to NFPS Stalker Client which does NOT come already installed on Kodi.

OK, I gave directions for turning off acceleration for Kodi on windows and from your response I see you have android. So, turn off ALL items listed under acceleration. Allow hardware acceleration - MediaCodec (surface) off; Allow hardware acceleration - Media Codec off. My android also have amcodec and that is also off.

Not sure about the HQ scalers, so perhaps try with it off (mine is off) and also try with different % and see if it makes video better/worse.

Both accelerations should be OFF.
