what about those that currently don't have a rocket? when it goes live do we just buy a rocket to keep it going?

look if your not running any iks on rocket which most are then you can wait till last min Rocket iptv is not setup yet for iptv which i think they should be soon really up to you i never made someone buy something they didnt need but if you ask me i would say yes never know what may happen but remember thats iks cost will need pay more for iptv part its all up in air still
