It means something is mucked up for whatever reason and you can read the log to find out what the error is. However, in your case, there's no way you'd understand it since you are asking this question. Your best bet would be to go to tvaddons.ag and read there about how to upload a log file and get one of their folks to help you out. It's something they do to help people out who use their addons.
The log file is generated in the AppData\Kodi\ directory in windows and in the temp directory in android.
Sounds like you need to spend some time and actually learn about Kodi instead of just keep installing addons without having any idea what is really going on. You'll do yourself a big favor if you do that. The best source to learn about Kodi would be the forum at kodi.tv and then move on to the third party non-official addons. Or watch some videos if you are more of a visual-type person. But finding one that actually teaches you something will be a chore.
Good luck.
Just to add to expatter's post, sometimes just installing the addon will not give you all the required dependency components required to run the addon properly.
It is usually best to install the repository that the addon is from as it will have all the required components included.
