STB is blocked

Hi I am new to the community. I got my donation information yesterday, but I have not been able to set up my kodi device.
I sued the portal url: http://p1.iptvprivateserver.tv/c/index.html and I am getting a message saying that my STB is blocked.
Maybe I am doing something wrong. Can someone advise on this.

Go in and check your URL . A lot of times its different. You could be on another port than the one they sent you. If so change it and you should be good to go.

i have a beelink stb and it wont take a new url portal when i enter the new portal it defaults to 1privateserver.tv i am using mag250 as stb model any help would be appreciated

Buy a route last month I have tried everything that the forums say and I have not been able to solve the problem (YOUR STB IS BLOCKED CALL THE PROVIDER)
The route is running and I have not been able to use it
